Liberty Lake Smile Source is a 4,000 square foot dental office tenant improvement located on the second floor of the Country Vista Medical Building.
The project rethinks the experience of a typical medical office, prioritizing warmth, clarity, and comfort without sacrificing durability or performance.
A continuous wood tongue-and-groove ceiling defines the interior, introducing material warmth that contrasts the clinical environments often associated with dental spaces.
Exposed steel elements reference the building’s exterior structure and are carried through the interior as both architectural and functional accents, creating a cohesive relationship between the shell and the tenant improvement.
The layout was carefully planned to support efficient clinical workflows while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere for patients. Natural light, clean sight-lines, and restrained material transitions help the space feel open and intentional, from reception through treatment areas.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful interior architecture can elevate a standard medical office building into a space that feels human, modern, and distinctly tailored to both patients and practitioners.
