MULTI-FAMILY ARCHITECTURE | SPOKANE, WA
The design takes cues from modern and Scandinavian-influenced architecture, emphasizing simplicity and proportion.
This approach offers a clear alternative to the conventional walk-up multifamily model, elevating the project while remaining cost-conscious and buildable.
This three-story, 12-unit market-rate multifamily housing project was designed for a growing developer in the Spokane area, balancing strong architectural identity with clear budget and pro forma constraints.
The project delivers missing middle housing, a scale and typology increasingly absent from contemporary residential development.
Through thoughtful massing, efficient unit planning, and restrained detailing, the project supports long-term value for both residents and the developer, demonstrating how well-designed multifamily housing can be financially viable without sacrificing architectural quality.
