Architectural Designer / Project Architect

This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to projects early, work closely with leadership, and help shape the systems and standards of a growing firm.
The role may be structured as either contract or W-2 depending on experience and fit. While fully remote, preference will be given to candidates familiar with Tacoma, Pierce County, and the greater Puget Sound region, particularly those with experience in local permitting and residential documentation.
